Emotional & Mental Wellbeing

Supporting yourself and your family through the ups and downs

Parenthood brings out every emotion imaginable—joy, worry, love, exhaustion, pride, and sometimes a mix of all of them in the same day. It’s completely normal for your mental and emotional wellbeing to shift as you move through different seasons of family life. In this section, you’ll find resources that shine a light on everything from the identity changes of matrescence to the very real experiences of postpartum mood disorders, co-parenting challenges, and the ups and downs of kids’ big emotions.

Mental wellbeing is also a family story. Partners, children, and teens each face their own challenges—whether that’s navigating big transitions, managing stress, or finding their own coping tools. These guides are here to remind you that tending to your emotional health, and your family’s, is not only important but deeply connected. Some days that might mean rediscovering your core values, other days it’s finding support from a partner, community, or professional.

If the weight of it all feels heavy, know that you’re not alone—coaches can help you name what you’re experiencing, find perspective, and take steps toward feeling lighter and more grounded together.
